"Mother Nature"
The concept of Mother Nature Is the most ancient archetype which can be meet in every civilization. This is a personification that focuses on the live-giving aspects of nature by embodying it in the form of the mother. The idea of Mother Nature has its roots in Ancient Greek mythology. The Goddess Gaia gives the birth to nature. She created everything that exists within it and gave the birth to her husband, God of the sky, Uranus. The concept of Mother Nature has evaluated to the idea of Mother goddess. It has been evolving over the years and has different faces and names in different countries and religions. We can find similar concepts in Ancient Egypt, Ancient Rome, Hinduism, Christianity, Southeast Asia and so on. And I think that the figure of Mother Nature is still very strong in the subconscious mind of every human. I imagine her as a young woman, which gives birth and protection to every creature, but which needs a protection too, because the nature balance is very fragile and under the threat. And it is only in our, human’s, hands to protect it.
